Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design by LISC Chicago. Originally designed as a car dealership by renowned industrial architect, Albert Kahn and constructed in 1927, the structure was transformed from a panelized concrete box to a 51-unit apartment residence with ground floor retail.
