The facility features a glass curtainwall and corten steel panel rainscreen exterior with a central courtyard encompassing decorative stone and shade trees for employees and visitors.

The single and multi-story facility includes a 31,171-square-foot showroom area with 150′ clear span custom truss system fabricated by Trumpf machine equipment, allowing visitors to observe live sheet metal production. A custom-made catwalk with a balcony spans the mezzanine area of the showroom to feature production processes from above.

A 25,126-square-foot office area includes an auditorium, open and private offices and multimedia room.

The 102,800-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing area also features a 32′ clear height and incorporates two 30-ton equipment cranes and four 20-ton equipment cranes. The facility features five truck docks and four drive-in doors.

Sitework included driveways and sidewalks in addition to parking for 150 vehicles with the capacity to accommodate an additional 50 future parking spaces.

Constructed on a 10.6-acre parcel, the build-to-suit features a 31,000-square-foot, two-story corporate office component with an elegant atrium lobby, open and private offices, conference rooms and an employee break room. The remainder of the building was outfitted to support the firm’s warehouse and manufacturing requirements with a 32′ clear height, five dock doors, seven drive-in doors and an ESFR sprinkler system.

The precast concrete facility boasts a contemporary exterior design with storefront windows and an attractive steel canopy at the main entrance. It also accommodates parking for 14 trailers and 148 vehicles.

The 105,500-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse and office facility includes 22,300 square feet of office space encompassing open and private offices, break room, conference rooms and research and development area.

The facility also features a production and warehouse area totaling 83,200 square feet with a 28′ clear height, two drive-in doors and six dock-high doors. Sitework completed by McShane included landscaping, sidewalks and parking for 199 vehicles.

The mixed-use production center features one million square feet of manufacturing space, 74,000 square feet of office space and 226,000 square feet dedicated to the distribution function.

The build-to-suit facility is situated within the Union Pointe business park located at the intersection of I-355 and I-55 in Woodridge, Illinois.

The facility features 272,511 square feet of warehouse space, a 32′ clear height, 20 dock doors, a 20,000-square-foot production room, an ESFR sprinkler system and a 55,000-square-foot two-story office component that includes an atrium lobby.

The building can be expanded by 82,000 square feet while the 350-car parking is expandable to 450 parking spaces.

The facility is situated on a 12-acre site within Enterprise Point of Lincolnshire, a 21-acre business park located in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

The building contains 125,000 square feet of production/warehousing space that is both temperature and humidity controlled to support the offset and web printing processes.

To maintain constant power, the building is supplied by redundant electrical feeds and incorporates a generator backup. A full-service kitchen and dining facilities were provided on the mezzanine level.

DMG Mori is one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of tooling machines that supply numerous worldwide clients in the aerospace, automotive and other scientific industries.

McShane constructed an attractive glass and precast exterior for the headquarters facility that features 59,443 square feet of office space, a 19,877-square-foot showroom and 22,680 square feet of warehouse space with two 25-ton cranes.

The facility houses and distributes parts to support the adjacent assembly plant. The JIT Sequence Center was constructed of structural, load-bearing precast wall panels with a roof system providing a light-reflecting surface.

A portion of the 39-acre site is being utilized for trailer parking with an additional staging area adjacent to the 105 truck docks and two drive-in doors. McShane also constructed the 850′ environmentally-controlled transway for the conveyance of parts between the JIT Sequence Center and the assembly plant. Three office components were constructed to provide office and break areas for employees.
